An absolute must own for any serious game / pc collector! This game is brand-new & factory sealed w/ firm security seals!

Cosmetically this game is in VERY GOOD condition overall for its age and rarity. The outer game box is a bit concave on the back and a bit bloated w/ some creasing around a few sides (shown below) but maintains a nice appearance overall.

The rectangular seals on the top & bottom lids of the box are firmly in place, not torn or lifting (shown below). This is a great copy of this game to add to your collection! It will be packaged securely to protect its condition.
