Stetson 7X Clear Beaver (100 One Hundred) 1950s Fedora Size 7-1/8 Rare WithBox
This is a super rare hat, folks... Model: 7X, Clear Beaver, Open Road Style.
(This one is a 7X but it is just like the Stetson 100 and is supposedly 100 percent beaver) Color: Silverbelly (Toward the tan side) Ribbon: Brown, 3/8, with Wind Trolley String Crown: Diamond Crease Size: 7-1/8 Sweatband: Leather Brim Size: 2-3/4, Silverbelly Brim Binding. Date of Manufacture: Early 1950s. It comes with the oval box that is in pretty good shape. The leather belt is in pretty good condition. No breaks and still supple.UPDATE: I had one person say the photo of the liner is blurry. The liner has a translucent cover over the logo, so it is not a clear logo as it might be with a plain liner.
These sort of translucent covers only lasted a short time in the 50s and were usually on the upper end hats. I added a closer photo of the liner.
