Original Rare Red Handed Nomura Zoomer Robot And Very Scarce Limited Box. Japan

This listing is for a fantastic. Made in Japan Circa 1956. The box for this robot was only a sample box used to show the new red hand design, which makes it a very rare item. Futher information can be found on the robot forum Alphadrome. The robot is extreamly clean inside, great paint, lights up and walks, but slightly unbalanced. Has small chip on out side of foot and right hand corner of face plate but very minimal.

He is extra unusual as the ratchet is on the "wrong" side of the hand, normal they are on the outer "finger" on this it is on the inner. There is a similar "wrong" way round fitting on a red hand zoomer on Alphadrome. Box is excellent, has the obvious price label tear and a tiny dent on the middle right side. One side has an original misplaced embossed crease in the cardboard. It would have been pressed into the original un printed cardboard, they are pre embossed to smooth the folds of the sides and the flaps.

The embossed inverted groove rounds the edges so as to keep the artwork from cracking at the edge. Fantastic overall condition of a very rare combination.
